In case, if the deletion of the content is impossible (e.g., the name of the player participating in certain event or competition), the Company will take possible affords to ensure the rights of the User, but can not guarantee ability to full deletion, especially in case when interests of user Users may be damaged (e.g., need to delete the information about certain competition).
13. Dispute Resolution13.1. Governing Law: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless otherwise specified by applicable law in the User’s jurisdiction. For users residing in the European Union, consumer protection laws may also apply.
